Initial Inquiry & Consult by phone: no charge 

Online Sessions : 50% off for the first session

Full intake:  $75.00

Full Counselling Session (55+ minutes) : $135.00

For Mobile Service to communities outside Regina a transportation charge will be added and must be pre-paid. 

Winnow can provide a reduced fee for  low or fixed income clients. Income documentation will be required
